CrossFit is one of the best preparations for life and living a balance of mental and physical wellness. It is never lost on me what an absolute privilege it is to be a coach at CrossFit 904. My passion is assisting others in achieving their goals and being the best version of themselves they want and can be! I’ve seen and experienced first hand how great coaches can inspire. I feel privileged to have people trust in us and allow us to help them.

I’ve been CrossFitting since 2013, in the future I would like to obtain my CF-L3. My favorite movement is wall balls and I love WODs that are long, I like the grinders. Fight Gone Bad is a favorite.

My favorite hobbies are photography, Disney and my family life (Fran, Sofia and Nicholas).

Something you might not know about me...I was awarded a college scholarship for golf. Spoiler alert, I don’t golf anymore.
