I feel that a true training program should blend all aspects of fitness, from weightlifting to gymnastics and aerobic capacity, and I firmly believe that the CrossFit methodology is hands down the most effective in training all of these areas. If you want to look good, feel good and become the best version of yourself, CrossFit is the way to do it!
I’ve been doing CrossFit for nine years. I began coaching because I love the idea of helping athletes of all fitness levels reach their goals. Whether it's hitting a new PR, learning a new skill or doing something they didn’t think was possible. I love seeing our athletes succeed and feel privileged to play a part in their fitness journey. I’d love to obtain a CrossFit weightlifting certification one day!
My favorite movement/WOD is the snatch and Open WOD 17.3.
Something you may not know about me is that I am an Anesthesia Tech and in myspare time I like hunting, fishing, and listening to country music.
